| 6.Get the certificate of approval. |
| 7.Industrial and commercial registration. |
8.Register the code; open an account; tax registration; the registeration of foreign exchange; customs
registration; examine and approve the land area to be occupied; examine and approve the construction
program (the project with no construction involved exempted). |
| 9.Start construction and go into operation. |
